Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while utilizing clinical judgment. Manage trach and/or vent care, requiring current G-tube, trach, or vent experience or willingness to train. Maintain consistent relationships with patients and families while adhering to CDC safety guidelines with full PPE provided. Access 24/7 clinical support, clear care plans, and physician orders through an easy-to-use employee portal to request shifts and earn rewards. Requires active Florida RN license, BLS CPR card, and TB testing.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
