Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Pediatric Home Health focused on high-acuity patients. Provides dedicated, one-on-one in-home nursing care with autonomy, continuity of care, and clinical judgment supported by a responsive clinical team. Role emphasizes building consistent relationships with child and family, delivering skilled nursing in a calm, controlled home environment, and providing focused, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to CDC guidelines. Requirements include an active Florida RN license, in-person BLS CPR, G-tube/trach/vent experience or willingness to train, TB testing, and Alzheimer’s-related training. Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
