Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health care for patients with high acuity needs, including trach and vent care. Deliver skilled nursing in a calm environment with clear care plans and physician orders while building consistent relationships with children and families. Receive training and competency support from respiratory therapists on staff and access 24/7 on-call clinical assistance. Maintain current Florida RN licensure, BLS CPR certification, and TB testing, with optional G-tube or vent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
