Registered Nurse (RN) - TPC Chesapeake

Coordinate patient care in collaboration with healthcare professionals to facilitate optimal clinical outcomes, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Perform physical exams, administer medications, provide wound care, and conduct health promotions and counseling. Ensure compliance with standards of care by following established policies and guidelines. Direct and supervise care provided by other personnel, making assignments based on scope of practice and skill levels. Recognize adverse signs and react quickly in emergencies. Conduct research to support improved practice and patient outcomes. Schedule includes Saturday and Sunday rotations with call-outs.
