Job Summary
Lead care teams with grace and skill while building trusting relationships with residents, patients, and families at The Heights of Bulverde. Guide staff in delivering best-in-class, clinically excellent care that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Manage open shifts including 12-hour days and nights or 8-hour morning and evening rotations. Earn a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new night shift hires (6p–6a).
Required Qualifications
- A current and valid Texas RN nursing license
- A current and valid RN license from a Compact Party State
- Leadership that inspires teamwork, dignity, and respect
- A desire to build relationships with residents, patients, and families as part of The Touchstone Experience
