Registered Nurse (RN) - Total Joint

RN Clinical Nurse in the Total Joint service line provides patient-centered care using the nursing process, coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team, and applying evidence-based practice. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, interdisciplinary rounds and patient teaching, documentation, and adherence to professional practice standards. Works in a night shift at WellStar Kennestone Hospital as a Full-Time employee under shared governance and Wellstar values, expected to mentor/Precept and support performance improvement while ensuring safety and quality of care.
