Job Summary
RN - Total Joint at WellStar Kennestone Hospital seeking a Full Time Night shift RN. Responsibilities include performing the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnoses, planning, implementation and evaluation) with evidence-based practice; providing relationship-based, patient-centered care; coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams; documenting care and promoting safe, quality patient care; supporting performance improvement and evidence-based practice; serving as a preceptor/mentee for other nurses; adhering to policy standards and professional ethics; requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent, RN licensure (Multi-state Compact preferred), and Basic Life Support. Night shift in the US; location in Austell, GA; minimum <1 year of direct patient care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing Required
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
- Reg Nurse (Single State) Required
- RN - Multi-state Compact Required
- Basic Life Support Required
- BLS - Instructor Required
- BLS - Provisional Required
