Registered Nurse (RN) – Total Joint at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. Night shift; Full Time with Day Shift option. Provides exemplary nursing care using the nursing process, emphasizes patient-centered care, collaborates in an interdisciplinary team, adheres to evidence-based practice, and supports shared governance and professional standards. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care, coordinating safe quality care, fostering culturally competent care, and participating in performance improvement and education activities. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's degree as the minimum education and an active RN license (single state) with eligibility for multi-state licensure.
