Registered Nurse (RN) - Total Joint

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in the Total Joint unit. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and documentation while partnering with patients and families to set care goals. Mentor preceptors and staff, participate in shared governance activities, and lead performance improvement initiatives. Uphold evidence-based practice standards and clinical protocols to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments. Full-time night shift position.
