Job Summary
Collaborate with attending physicians to provide patient care, record progress notes, and administer treatments and medications including IV starts. Oversee licensed vocational nurses, certified nursing assistants, and clinical support staff in performing procedures per physician orders and patient needs. Review nurses' notes to ensure accuracy and alignment with resident wishes, while interpreting diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions. Develop a Plan of Care through collaboration with nursing staff and leadership. Maintain a kind, positive, safe work environment by escalating concerns to the Administrator. Requires current California RN license and one year of supervisory experience. Located at Camino Ridge Post Acute in Mountain View.
Required Qualifications
- Current California RN License in good standing

- 1 year of RN and supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication, problem solving, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist
- Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills
- Ability to lead by example – maintaining a kind, patient and professional demeanor
