Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and IV therapy, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team. Supervise LPNs and CNAs while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and responding to medical emergencies. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies to promote a safe, resident-centered environment. Full-time, part-time, and per diem roles available with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding resident care
Desired Qualifications
- Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience
