Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents by performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications and IV therapy, and responding to medical emergencies. Coordinate resident care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team while supervising LPNs and CNAs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies. Respond to changes in resident conditions and promote a safe, resident-centered environment. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding resident care
Desired Qualifications
- Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience
