Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide nursing care to patients as assigned while administering and recording medications and treatments. Prepare for and assist physicians with diagnostic procedures, reinforce health care instructions to patients and families, and participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge, while observing and reporting vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to appropriate individuals. Maintain environmental conditions conducive to patient comfort and safety, and assist with unit management or assume charge of unit as assigned. Requires RN licensure and one year of experience.
