Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments while performing resident assessments, wound care, and clinical documentation. Monitor changes in resident condition, communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life. Supervise, mentor, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) while collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes. Full-time and part-time day and night shift openings available with a supportive leadership team and career advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current CPR Certification
