Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans, administering medications, treatments, and physician orders. Perform resident assessments, wound care, and clinical documentation while monitoring condition changes and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life. Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes for every resident. Full-time and part-time positions available with day and night shift options.
