Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and perform resident assessments, wound care, and clinical documentation. Monitor resident conditions, communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and supervise, mentor, and support Certified Nursing Assistants. Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life while collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes. Full-time and part-time shifts available with flexible scheduling, paid training, and a career ladder program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current CPR Certification

- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
