Registered Nurse RN

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation. Supervise daily nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants and monitor residents' conditions, notifying physicians promptly of any changes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care while working day, evening, or night shifts (7 a.m. – 3 p.m., 3 p.m. – 11 p.m., 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.) with every other weekend required.
