Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation. Supervise daily nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants, monitor residents' conditions, and promptly notify physicians of any changes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care. Requires an active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license, current CPR certification, and at least one year of Long-Term Care experience. Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university
- Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license
- Current CPR certification
- At least one year of experience in Long-Term Care
- Every other weekend required
