Registered Nurse RN

Inform nursing personnel of new admissions, ensure rooms are ready, and greet residents upon arrival. Conduct rounds with physicians, administer medications as ordered, and verify resident identity before treatment. Requisition diagnostic and therapeutic services, coordinate social programs, and notify attending physicians of accidents or incidents. Take and record vital signs, check dietary allowances, and admit, transfer, or discharge residents as appropriate. Document telephone orders, chart nurse notes, and record all changes in resident condition or communications with physicians. Dispose of drugs and narcotics according to established procedures. Night shift coverage from 6 PM to 6 AM with a $2,500 bonus for full-time RNs, split into two payments ($1,000 at 90 days, $1,500 at 180 days). Requires an active Arizona RN license, CPR-BSL certification, and fingerprint card.
