Job Summary
Coordinate safe patient care delivery for diverse populations under Nurse Director/Manager direction. Assess patient and family needs, develop and prioritize goals, evaluate care delivery, and revise plans of care to meet biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational requirements. Delegate care as appropriate to optimize outcomes while adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act. This night shift, full-time role at the University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus requires an Associate's degree in nursing, current Kansas RN licensure, and BLS certification within 14 days. ACLS is needed for Telemetry, ICU, and PCU positions, while oncology certification is required for Post Surgery. The team utilizes advanced technology to enhance patient care within a supportive, inclusive culture.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Current Kansas RN Licensure
- BLS certification
- Telemetry, ICU, and PCU need ACLS
- Post Surgery requires oncology certification

- At least one year of recent experience in a similar healthcare setting
