Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry

Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments on a 12-bed Medical/Surgical & Post Op unit. Document patient care, monitor conditions, and assist with activities of daily living while coordinating transfers, discharges, and referrals across disciplines. Provide patient and family education and advocate for physical and emotional well-being within a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6. Participate in performance improvement and continuing education to support the growing surgical services department. Requires current RN license, associate's degree (bachelor's preferred), and BLS certification. Hourly range $31.49-$42.51 with $20,000 sign-on bonus eligibility.
