Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

Conduct patient interviews, assess gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, and neurological health status, and adjust care plans based on mobility, sensory deficits, and pain levels. Administer prescribed medications safely while documenting treatment activities, physiological status, and psychosocial progress for physicians and the care team. Perform grade I-IV decubitus care, apply aseptic dressings, and interpret treatment regimens as prescribed. Maintain constant vigilance over patient safety, respond rapidly to emergencies, and provide discharge instructions and referrals. Collaborate with physicians and team members to coordinate procedures, evaluate care outcomes, and implement systems for performance improvement. Requires current New York State license, BSN preferred, and specialized certifications.
