Job Summary
Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety on a 34-room Medical Surgical unit with a 1:5 to 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio. Utilize specialized plan-of-care interventions and leverage cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing while collaborating with RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs. Maintain Basic Life Support certification and hold a current state RN license with an associate's degree. This role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and shift differentials for full-time staff at Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM.
