Job Summary
Assess, plan, intervene, document, and evaluate patients using the nursing process to provide direct and indirect care across assigned areas. Develop unique education and care plans for each patient and offer appropriate support to family members. Direct ancillary staff based on patient and family needs while adhering to department philosophies, policies, and procedures. Maintain a current Connecticut RN license and hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Work 3-12 hour shifts at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital within Hartford HealthCare's comprehensive network.
Required Qualifications
- Maintains current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
