Job Summary
Directly responsible and accountable for the care of assigned telemetry patients, including communicating with physicians regarding changes in clinical condition, cardiac monitoring results, and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient status or response to treatment. Maintain current BCLS and ACLS certifications, with basic arrhythmia interpretation required within 30 days of hire. This role supports Centinela Hospital Medical Center's award-winning acute care services in Inglewood and the Los Angeles area.
Required Qualifications
- current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of California
- Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
- BCLS upon hire and maintain current
- ACLS within 30 days from date of hire and maintain current
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience
