Job Summary
Ensure efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with state and federal regulations. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act, managing resident care and directing nursing staff assignments, mentoring personnel, and collaborating with physicians. Work as a Registered Nurse in various healthcare settings to experience diverse environments. Full-time hours (32+ hours) qualify for traditional employment benefits. Requires an active RN license, minimum one year of clinical experience, and preferred two years in a skilled nursing facility.
Required Qualifications
