Job Summary
Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with state and federal regulations. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act, managing resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts. Include staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals. Work as a Registered Nurse with TeamWorkers Supplemental Staffing, where you can create your own schedule, pick up extra shifts to boost income, and experience a wide variety of healthcare settings.
Required Qualifications
- Active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum one year of clinical experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience in a skilled nursing facility
