Job Summary
Manage time, delegate tasks, and prioritize patient care while conducting assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting changes in the EMR. Advocate for patients, practice ethically within scope, and maintain clinical competency through required education. Coordinate interdisciplinary care, promote evidence-based practices, and participate in unit councils and staff meetings. Requires current NYS RN licensure, graduate of a registered nursing program, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Onsite at Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility in Montour Falls, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Registered Nursing Program
- Current NYS RN licensure
- Must be able to physically operate the equipment required for the job
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
- Must be available for onsite work at Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility, 220 Steuben Street Montour Falls, NY 14865
- Must agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the company
- Must agree to execute consent forms for lawful pre-employment/post-offer checks
- Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Prior patient care and customer service experience
- CPR/BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification
- Specialty certification
