Job Summary
Assess, monitor, and record changes in patient conditions while managing time, critical thinking, delegation, and prioritization. Advocate for patients within your scope, maintain clinical competency through required education, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team. Document thoroughly in the EMR, promote evidence-based practices, and participate in unit councils and staff meetings. Evening shift coverage from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM at the Seneca View location in Montour Falls, NY. Requires current NYS RN licensure and graduate of a Registered Nursing Program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Registered Nursing Program
- Current NYS RN licensure
- CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS or specialty certification
- Must be able to physically operate the equipment required for the job
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
- Must be available for Evening Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Must work onsite at Seneca View - 220 Steuben Street Montour Falls, NY 14865
- Must agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the company
- Must agree to execute consent forms for pre-employment/post-offer checks
- Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test
