Registered Nurse (RN) - TCP East

Registered Nurse (RN) – Staff Nurse in Houston, TX. Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced setting, collect and document patient data including vital signs, administer medications and immunizations, assist with examinations and treatments, educate patients and families, triage patient concerns, and perform specimen collection and laboratory-related tasks per site protocol. Maintains accurate documentation, adheres to site-specific procedures, and participates in care planning and coordination with the healthcare team. Must obtain respiratory fit testing as part of occupational health requirements. Education path includes a Diploma in Nursing or an Associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), and active RN licensure in Texas or via the Nursing Licensure Compact; BLS certification also required.
