Job Summary
Staff Nurse on the Surgical/Orthopedic unit providing safe, age-appropriate patient care and functioning as an advisor/resource for patients and families. Unit focuses on post-operative care for general, plastic, joint replacement, or spinal surgery patients; responsibilities include applying clinical nursing interventions, developing and implementing patient care plans, and contributing to outcomes. The role offers ACLS training, tuition assistance, clinical coaching, and a clinical ladder, with a full benefits package and weekend day shifts (7:00am-7:30pm). Active Maryland RN license or Compact State license and ADN or BSN are required, with BLS (and ACLS training) in scope.,
