Job Summary
Assess and reassess the healthcare needs of individuals across specific age groups and patient conditions. Analyze assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes, then provide interventions guided by evidence-based practice, regulations, and policy. Evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking to recognize problems and reach sound conclusions, while also evaluating discharge needs related to the plan of care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate clinical care. Requires current Oklahoma or Multistate RN license, BLS training, and an ADN, BSN, or MSN degree. New graduates must complete the Nurse Residency Program.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate's degree (ADN)
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or active Multistate RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Completion of Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Previous experience in healthcare field
