Job Summary
Night-shift Registered Nurse (RN) on the Surgical Specialty Unit working 24 hours per week, primarily 7p–7a with weekends/holidays as needed. Responsible for the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care; administers medications and treatments; collaborates with patients, families and healthcare team; demonstrates leadership, professional practice standards, and commitment to quality nursing care. BSN preferred with a plan to obtain BSN within three years of hire. Requires BLS and at least one year of med/surg RN experience.
