Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgical ICU

Assess the patient's physical and psychosocial condition on an ongoing basis and develop a plan of care reflecting individualized patient problems and interventions. Implement and coordinate this plan in collaboration with the healthcare team, evaluate effectiveness, and revise as needed. Provide education for patients and families, function as a preceptor to new staff, and serve as a charge nurse when required. Demonstrate competency in neuro patient care, including airway management, tracheostomy suctioning, ventilator support, and halo brace care. Requires a valid Connecticut RN license, BLS certification, and med/surg experience.
