Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery Trauma

Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, relationship-based care to patients and families. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, complete timely documentation, and partner with significant others to set and update care plans. Mentor staff and students, lead performance improvement initiatives, and develop protocols to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments while upholding Georgia Nurse Practice Act standards and Wellstar safety absolutes. Work part-time day shifts at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, an integrated health system in Georgia.
