Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery Trauma

Conduct direct patient care in the surgery trauma unit by performing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and documentation while partnering with patients and families to set care goals. Mentor staff and students, lead performance improvement activities, and participate in shared governance to drive evidence-based practice. Uphold Georgia Nurse Practice Act standards and Wellstar safety absolutes. Part-time day shift required; associates degree or preferred bachelor's degree with BLS certification.
