Assess, document, and evaluate patient care through diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure comfort and well-being. Coordinate care delivery and education by collaborating with patients, families, and all healthcare team providers while adhering to organizational policies for safe patient care. Carry out a plan of care specific to unit competencies for the target patient population. Maintain licensure as a Licensed Registered Nurse with a Kansas or compact license and complete Basic Cardiac Life Support within 14 days.
