Job Summary
Staff RN in Surgery role reporting to the Nurse Manager. Performs professional nursing functions in accordance with scope of practice, professional standards, and regulatory standards, including leadership of the scope of practice and coordination with unlicensed personnel. Must meet job and physical requirements; requires at least 1 year of surgery experience as an RN. Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts. Requires graduation from an accredited RN program and CA RN licensure with CPR; ACLS preferred and targeted for hire within 3 months for experienced RNs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
- Current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certificate
- ACLS certification preferred or required within 3 months of hire for experienced RNs
- At least 1 year of Surgery Experience as an RN
