Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery Center of Columbia County (PRN)

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment in a surgery center setting. Coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care changes. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, listening to concerns and communicating critical information to providers and staff. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, mentor colleagues through preceptorship, and uphold shared governance principles. Requires at least one year of RN experience and valid BLS certification.
