Registered Nurse (RN) Surgery

Accurately perform patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for Neonatal through Geriatric patients. Provide timely and appropriate care, complete documentation relating to medical necessity, and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Perform timely and accurate QI assessments. Maintain a current state RN license, associate's degree, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications with one year of experience preferred.
