Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Weekends

Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements while establishing a compassionate environment through direct support to residents and families. Answer questions and requests from residents and staff, implement rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment, and monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence. Manage documentation of resident care services and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams. Requires a valid RN license, minimum three years of Long-Term Care experience, familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs, and strong communication skills. This part-time weekend role supports a 46-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in the Bronx, fostering independence and dignity in a homelike setting.
