Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements while establishing a compassionate environment through direct support to residents and families. Monitor confidential information processing to ensure resident confidence and maintain a safe, clean working environment by implementing facility rules and regulations. Manage documentation of resident care services and promote cooperative relationships among health care teams by answering questions and requests from residents and staff. Requires a valid RN license, minimum three years in Long-Term Care, and familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs. This role supports Warren Center's team approach to developing unique care plans for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
