Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse Supervisor will manage nursing staff on assigned floor(s) around the clock to ensure quality nursing care. Responsibilities include recognizing changes in resident conditions, providing leadership during emergencies, implementing nursing procedures, maintaining staffing levels, addressing staff concerns, and ensuring care is performed per physician orders and care plans. The role requires a Pennsylvania RN license, CPR certification, and supervisory experience, preferably in skilled nursing or retirement settings.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania (PA)
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Two (2) to four (4) years of related supervisory experience and/or training
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook
