Job Summary
Manage patient assignments and clinic flow by assigning staff based on acuity, experience, and competency. Provide clinical oversight and coaching for performance evaluations while mediating conflicts to maintain smooth operations. Facilitate orientation and training, serve as a liaison across departments, and assist in covering all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires a licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility, BLS certification, and two years of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program
- Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Excellent written, verbal and computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in groups of employees and with patients and patient families
Desired Qualifications
- BSN
- 2 years of related supervisory/management experience
- Demonstrated abilities with problem solving, leadership, communication, fiscal responsibility and teamwork
- Must obtain and maintain clinical competencies as appropriate
