Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor responsible for supervising nursing staff in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting. Duties include writing/updating policies and procedures, scheduling and assigning nursing staff, providing compassionate care, answering questions for residents and staff, ensuring a safe/clean working environment, safeguarding confidential information, auditing and documenting resident care services, and maintaining nursing supplies. Required Qualifications
