Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Canandaigua, NY. Responsibilities include maintaining nursing guidelines by writing/updating policies and procedures, scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care requirements, providing support to residents and families, answering questions, ensuring a safe and clean working environment, safeguarding confidential information, auditing resident and department records, and managing nursing supplies inventory. Requires an active RN license, long-term care experience, basic computer skills, excellent communication, and strong teamwork; offers include a $5,000 sign-on bonus, travel reimbursement from Rochester for gas and tolls, Daily Pay, comprehensive health coverage, tuition reimbursement, generous pay based on experience, flexible schedules (Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per-Diem), career advancement opportunities, and a two-tiered insurance plan.
