Job Summary
RN Supervisor at a long-term care/skilled nursing facility overseeing nursing staff and resident care. Responsibilities include maintaining nursing guidelines by writing/updating policies and procedures, scheduling and assigning nursing staff, providing compassionate support to residents and families, answering questions and requests, ensuring a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, monitoring confidential information, auditing resident care records, and managing nursing supplies inventory. Requires an active RN license, long-term care experience, strong communication abilities, and team-oriented collaboration.
