Oversee nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility, including writing/updating policies and procedures, scheduling and assigning nursing staff, and providing compassionate resident and family support. Maintain documentation and audit records, manage nursing supplies, and ensure a safe, compliant environment. Requires an active RN license, long-term care experience, strong communication, and a team-focused approach.
