Job Summary
RN Supervisor Nights at Corning Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare overseeing resident care during the night shift (11 PM–7 AM) with staffing/scheduling duties, maintaining a safe environment, and coordination with health-care teams. Responsibilities include scheduling and assigning nursing staff, supporting residents and families, answering questions, maintaining documentation of resident care services, and promoting resident confidence while ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires current RN or LPN license and minimum 3 years of long-term care experience; familiarity with EHR and eprescribing; strong communication and computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required
- Strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
- Familiar with EHR and Eperscribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
