Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Nights at Corning Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. Lead and coordinate the nursing team during the 11 PM–7 AM shift, schedule and assign resident care, foster a compassionate environment for residents and families, provide information to residents and staff, maintain a safe and clean working environment, protect resident confidentiality, and ensure thorough documentation of resident care services while promoting collaboration among health care teams.
Required Qualifications
- Current Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with EHR and Eprescribing programs
- Strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
